Challenge
Design a system capable of achieving strict humidity and temperature control for artifact preservation despite limited chilled water temperatures, tight mechanical space, and noise‑sensitive exhibit requirements.
Solution
A SEMCO Pinnacle® Primary Ventilation and Energy Recovery System was installed, using a passive dehumidification wheel optimized for moisture removal without active regeneration. Additional components included a total energy recovery wheel, cooling and heating coils, and winter humidification. SEMCO modified the unit’s width to fit available mechanical room space.
