Challenge
Provide a high‑efficiency HVAC system capable of maintaining positive pressurization, managing humidity, and meeting strict Florida ventilation guidelines in a coastal environment.
Solution
Five FläktGroup SEMCO Pinnacle® ERUs were installed, each containing a total energy wheel, cooling coil, passive dehumidification wheel, and heating coil. The system preconditions outdoor air using recovered exhaust energy, removes moisture through the passive wheel, and tempers discharge air to the required neutral temperature.
